3.1 Account Protection

4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The following conditions must be met to process a withdrawal request:
- Account verification must be completed.
- Wagering on any active bonus must be completed (see Section 5 for details).
- The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
- The account balance must exceed the minimum withdrawal limit.
In the case of suspicious transactions, 00bet may hold the withdrawal and request additional verification.
4.3 Transaction Security
All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption technology. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or names are not permitted — withdrawals will always be made using the same method and name used for the deposit.
Section 5 — Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total balance ৳2,200. Wagering: ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before withdrawing the bonus amount.
- Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳28,000.
The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are for use in your own account only — they cannot be shared with others.
- Withdrawals are not permitted before all bonus-related conditions are met.
- Closing an account before wagering is complete will result in the bonus being cancelled.
- 00bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be investigated and the bonus may be cancelled.
5.3 VIP Program Cashback
The 00bet VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback rates are as follows:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
VIP tier progression depends on the user's activity and participation on the platform. The account must be active and in good standing to receive cashback.
Section 6 — Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
6.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:
- Fraudulent activity or use of cheating software.
- Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes.
- Attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
6.2 Technical Errors & Cancellations
If a bet outcome is determined due to a software or hardware error, 00bet reserves the right to void that bet. 00bet is under no obligation to pay out winnings resulting from technical errors.

All content on the 00bet platform — logos, graphics, software, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 00bet. Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any part of this content without prior permission is prohibited.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 00bet is not liable for:
- Losses caused by internet connection disruptions.
- Account credential leaks resulting from the user's own negligence.
- Technical issues occurring with third-party services.
- Service interruptions due to natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances.
7.3 Third-Party Links
The 00bet platform may contain links to third-party websites. 00bet is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those sites. Following these links is at the user's own risk.
Section 8 — Responsible Gaming
8.1 Commitment to Healthy Play
00bet is committed to responsible gambling. The platform is designed for entertainment purposes — not as a source of income. Users should always keep in mind that:
- Only play with money you can afford to lose without financial harm.
- Set a fixed budget and do not exceed it.
